Andri Kounnou

I studied Communication and Media in Athens and hold a master's degree in European Union Law. I worked as a journalist for 10 years in various positions, such as news presenter at SIGMA TV station, reporter, columnist for newspapers and news websites, blogger. A milestone in my journalistic career was in 2017 when I won the award for the best journalistic text from the Cyprus News Agency and was awarded by the President of the Republic. Then I worked for 5 years in the office of the Minister of Interior and later the Minister of Finance Constantinos Petrides, as Press and Communication Officer. A position that gave me the opportunity to learn how the public sector works but also how government decisions are made, especially in times of crisis.
